Highlighting notifications about current user

Notifications for situations where the User is tagged or commented and notifications for general flow, can be divided into two: private and general. Thus, while we follow the general flow, we can also make our personal feedback easier and easier to find.

An option to turn off certain notifications, like ‘minted’ would streamline my notifications!
